Schoodic Point Cabin Rates
This 1 bedroom Cabin is best suited to accomodate 2 persons but it can accomodate up to 4.
Maximum of four persons - no exceptions.
Refundable security deposit of $ for the first week is adjusted in the cart for the number of weeks rented.  
Providing there is no damage security deposits will be mailed back to you after you leave.
(Additional security deposit with pets: $ with 1 pet / $ with 2 pets)

  • Weekly rates:  The "Add Deposit ..." and "Add Payment ..." buttons are configured to pay deposits and full payments for one or more vacation weeks.  Please apply discounts and add pets first.  The security deposit is adjusted in the cart for the number of weeks rented and if you have pets that additional sec. dep. is added to it.  When ready click the "Pay Now" button and on the next screen fill in your your credit card data and submit.
  • Daily rates:  The "Pay Deposit" and "Pay In Full" buttons are configured to pay for one deposit or the number of nights submitted.  On the next screen fill in your your credit card data and submit.
  • To pay balances or other amounts click the "Pay Balance" or "Pay Other Amount" button.  Fill your amount in "Item price".  Enter your your credit card data and submit.

  One month prior to your arrival date your remaining balance is due
  If your arrival date was say August 3rd then your balance would be due on July 3rd.
  But if you're reserving in less than one month of your arrival date then the rental must be paid in full when you make the reservation

If you are reserving two weeks
  Two months prior to your arrival date half of your balance is due
  If your arrival date was on August 3rd then the first installment would be on June 3rd.
  But if you're reserving in less than two months from your arrival date then the above amount is also due when you make the reservation
  and you will be sent a request for payment
  Then one month prior to your arrival date the remaining balance is due
  Likewise the remaining balance would be due on July 3rd
  But if you're reserving within 1 month of your arrival date then the rental must be paid in full when you make the reservation
