#2 - Older atractively decorated one bedroom vacation rental apartment in a quiet coastal village.  Recently renovated and refurnished after a long term tenant of thirteen years had a change of circumstances and moved back home to Ohio.  In fact, when we had to come up with a name for the apartment, he had lived there so long and had become such a part of everyones lives we continued calling to calling it "Fred's Place.  Anyway, I think my favorite feature is the black granite and white ceramic tiled kitchen floor.  We try very hard to maintain it very clean and in above average condition.  And except for a couple minor improvements not pictured what you see in the pictures above is what you get.

It's perfect for a party of two persons on a budget. (BUT it does have a narrow bathroom.)  It's a little over a half mile from the ocean, center of town, about a mile to the ferry and 1.3 miles from the park.

Fully furnished:  Bedroom with a queen size bed, living room kitchen, full bath & laundry.
Plus:  OTA TV (20 channels) & 100's of Roku channels, DVD player, wireless internet, tide clock, CD player, air-conditioned & heated..
Outside:  Picnic table, charcoal barbeque, firepit & lobster cooker.  Ample parking.

The bathroom is narrower than normal please look and make sure it will be suitable for your stay. bathroom  As an example I am 5"11" just shy of 200lbs and it is alright for me and would have been for 99% of the guests we have had over the years, at least for a week or two.  But it may not be suitable for you.  Thanks.
