We have been renting this apartment to vacationers for almost twenty years now.  Actually, the first time we rented this to a couple of vacationers was in 1988 but we didn't decide to do it full time for a few more years after that.  It's situated a little over a half mile from the ocean, center of town, about a mile to the ferry and 1.3 miles from the park.

It's not quite all-inclusive but stocked with everything we can think of that you may forgotten or need to get your vacation started.

Fully furnished:  Bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a futon, kitchen, full bath & laundry.
Plus:  OTA TV (20 channels) & 100's of Roku channels, DVD player, wireless internet, tide clock, CD player, air-conditioned & heated.
Outside:  Picnic table, charcoal barbeque, firepit & lobster cooker.  Ample parking.
